Luxury brands devote enormous resources to cultivating high-spending clients, yet many of their most loyal customers remain largely invisible because they buy through resale markets, gray channels, travel retail, auctions, and other intermediaries that leave little trace in corporate CRM systems. These 'omniloyal' clients often own multiple products, possess deep knowledge of the brand, advocate for it enthusiastically, and maintain strong ties to owner communities, even though they may not qualify as traditional VIP customers. By identifying and engaging these enthusiasts through partnerships with owner clubs, certified pre-owned programs, and retail spaces that emphasize storytelling, expertise, and community rather than transactions alone, brands can build direct relationships with customers who are already emotionally invested in the brand, expand their customer base, strengthen advocacy, and create a pipeline of future high-value clients. learn more
