Responsibilities
-Handle all basic administrative functions including user account maintenance, reports, dashboards, and workflows.
-Assist in training new users and growing the Salesforce skill set across the organization.
-Perform regular internal system audits and prepare for upgrades.
-Create and maintain contact distribution lists used in Pardot campaigns.
-Coordinate the evaluation, scope, and completion of new development tasks.
-Manage data feeds and other integrations including ZoomInfo and Pardot.

-Ability to meet deadlines, while handling and prioritizing simultaneous requests.
-Ability to evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, and break down high level information. Delineate low level information to a general understanding. Ascertain user requests and understand their true needs.
-Ability to assess the impact of new requirements on Salesforce, other systems, and processes.
-Proven ability to design and implement new processes and facilitate user adoption.
-Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
-Work full time M-F, and willing to work outside normal business hours based on the needs of the business.
Qualifications
-Salesforce Admin (ADM201) certified
-Salesforce Pardot Certified (preferred)
-Strong understanding of the platform. The ability to build custom apps, objects, formula fields, workflows, customer views, and other content of intermediate complexity.
-Clear understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionality.
-Demonstrated data management abilities.
-Creative analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
