Carrier Account Manager at RPM Freight Systems
Responsibilities
-Establish, expand and cultivate relationships with carriers in the truckload and auto hauling marketplace.
-Identify, source, and procure new carrier relationships at key stakeholder levels.
-Manage carrier network to ensure the ultimate RPM experience.
-Maintain constant contact with carriers to secure additional truck capacity and manage existing business.
-Utilize RPM’s proprietary software to make informed buying decisions.
-Navigate RPM’s Transportation Management System and related tools to manage daily load operational tasks.
-Ensure shipment details are accurately communicated and tracked in the system.

-Knowledge of one or more of the following areas: bulk, van, flatbed, refer, or vehicle.
-Must excel in a team-based environment, while delivering independent results.
-Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
-Work full-time M-F, and willing to work outside normal business hours based on the needs of the business.
Qualifications
-High School Diploma or equivalent.
-1-3 years of Carrier Sales experience desired.
